Litigation - Arbitration - Arbitrator: Dispute resolution - made workable.

I represent clients in German state court litigations and before national and international arbitral tribunals (arbitration) under a wide variety of legal systems and arbitration rules, in a wide variety of arbitration seats and before a wide variety of arbitration institutions, but also in mediations or adjudications (alternative dispute resolution). I will act as your counsel before, during and after the contentious phase and support you both in the enforcement stage and in fending off wrongful judgments or awards. I offer my services as lead counsel, secondary counsel / local counsel, as "shadow arbitrator" or strategic advisor.

Depending on the requirements of the matter, I provide these services alone or with a team I will put together.

I also act as arbitrator, be it as sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator or as chair in a tribunal of three.
